Essential Qualifications | 1. Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in professional course selected through a process described through any one of the following: – a. Scholars selected through National Eligibility Tests-CSIR-UGC-NET including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship), GATE, and GPAT b. Selection process through National Level examinations conducted by central government departments and their agencies and institutions (e.g., DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER) |
Desired Experience | Experience in working with rodents, especially mice (injection and surgical techniques, primary cell culture techniques, real-time RT-PCR, western blotting, immunohistochemistry). Strong knowledge of basic neuroscience and metabolism research. Knowledge of formulation development and characterization. Basic understanding of data analysis tools like Graphpad Prism and other bioinformatics tools. |
Responsibilities | Work closely with the PI on the project, manage day-to-day activities, design experiments, analyze data, write manuscripts, and prepare progress reports. |
