Detailed Responsibilities and Expectations:

RS01 – Research Scientist:

  • Lead and execute hydrological and hydraulic modeling projects.
  • Integrate remote sensing and GIS data for accurate water resources assessment.
  • Develop advanced simulations for flood forecasting and water management.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive project execution.

JRF01 – Junior Research Fellow (Geography/GIS):

  • Analyze high-resolution satellite imagery for urban and rural planning.
  • Conduct extensive field data collection and verification.
  • Model land use changes and predict future urban growth patterns.
  • Support spatial analysis for infrastructure and environmental planning projects.

JRF02 – Junior Research Fellow (Computer Science/Web GIS):

  • Design and develop web-based GIS applications.
  • Manage spatial databases and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop user-friendly interfaces for spatial data visualization.
