Eligibility CriteriaOfficers under the Central/State Governments/Union Territories/Recognized Research Institutions/Public Sector Undertakings/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations.
Essential Qualifications1. Graduate degree in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Medicine with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology/Microbiology from a recognized University.
2. Postgraduate degree in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Biochemistry/Chemistry/Microbiology/Pharmacology from a recognized University or equivalent.
3. 15 years’ experience in manufacture/testing of drugs or enforcement of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.
Desirable Qualifications1. Two years’ experience in dealing with drug standardization, control, and import/export of drugs, and/or administration of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.
2. Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Experience RequiredMinimum 15 years in relevant field
Maximum Age Limit58 years as on the closing date of application
Period of DeputationNot exceeding five years
