People Responsibilities | 1. Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders within the allocated Global Business Unit |
2. Interact effectively with healthcare professionals on publication content | |
3. Assist other writers in knowledge development and sharing expertise | |
Performance Responsibilities | 1. Provide publication/medical education material within agreed timelines and quality |
2. Provide strategic support with individuals and institutions for publication purposes | |
Process Responsibilities | 1. Develop publication/medical education material |
2. Support medical communication for the assigned therapeutic area | |
3. Assist in conducting comprehensive publication-need analysis | |
4. Implement elements of the publication plan and associated activities | |
5. Work with selected vendors to deliver required deliverables | |
6. Design a plan of action based on end-user feedback to improve course content and delivery | |
Stakeholder Responsibilities | 1. Work closely with scientific communication teams to identify publication needs |
2. Assist in developing assigned deliverables | |
3. Liaise with Product Managers, MSLs, and medical department to prepare relevant deliverables | |
Experience | Up to 2 years in content creation for pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or academia |
Soft Skills | Stakeholder management, communication skills, ability to work independently and in teams |
Technical Skills | Therapeutic area/domain knowledge, publication submission, project management |
Education | Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a similar discipline; or medical degree |
Languages | Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written) |
