Terms & Conditions:
- The engagement will be purely on a contractual basis, time bound, non-regular & co-terminus with the project and/or fund availability. The incumbent shall not have any claim for regular appointment in ICAR-CAFRI and/or ICAR or any further contractual engagement on termination. The services of the incumbent shall stand terminated automatically on expiry of the period given in the offer letter.
- The position advertised has no provision of HRA.
- The selected candidate shall have no legal right to claim regularization by absorption or otherwise or against any regular post or any further continued engagement on termination of the projects/scheme
- Interested and eligible candidates may appear for the walk-in-interview on 23.10.2024 at 10.00 am in the Committee Room ICAR-Central Agroforestry Research Institute, Jhansi 284003, Uttar Pradesh with all original certificates and submit the self-attested photocopies of the certificates along with the application forms as per attached proforma Annexure-I.
- Candidates residing more than 1000km away from Jhansi may indicate their interest to give online interview on or before 15th October 2024. This should be supported by proof of address along with self-attested photocopies of the certificates and application forms as per attached proforma Annexure-I through e-mail: cafriprograms@gmail.com. After scrutiny link for online interview will be sent to the shortlisted candidate on the e-mail address given in his/her application form
- The following certificates and age proof and mark sheets from matriculation onwards and
experience certificate are required:
a) 10th standard Mark sheet cum Certificate
b) 12th standard Mark sheet cum Certificate
c) Mark sheet and Degree Certificate of Graduation
d) Mark sheet and Degree Certificate of Post-Graduation
e) Ph.D Degree Certificate
f) NET/GATE qualification certificate
g) SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable)
h) No Objection Certificate from present employer (if applicable)
i) PWD/Physically Challenged Certificate (if applicable)
j) Experience certificate(s) from employer(s)
k) Any other - The candidates are advised to regularly visit website https://cafri.icar.gov.in/ and check their email for any updates.
- The engagement/regulation of engagement of incumbent will be regulated as per the guidelines of ICAR issued by ICAR and/or the funding agency from time to time.
- The services of the incumbent shall stand terminated on expiry of the period given in the engagement offer or even before, if not found satisfactory or due to any other administrative reasons. The candidates may also leave the assignment, on their own volition, by giving one month notice.
- The selected candidates at their expenses will be medically examined for fitness before engagement.
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in Interview.
- Candidates fulfilling the essential qualifications and eligibilities criteria only need to apply. Upon selection, the self-attested document submitted by the selected candidate (s) with his/her application form shall be verified from original documents later during the joining time for which the candidate will have to visit ICAR-CAFRI at his/her own expenses.
- Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification of the candidature and/or termination of engagement even after appointment.
