Primary Responsibilities | ★ Collect samples (ingredients, EMP, packaging, in-process, finished products) ★ Conduct tests as per AN methods ★ Analyze BIS approved products and release batches ★ Prepare and sterilize microbiological media ★ Track laboratory consumption and cleaning solutions ★ Conduct routine calibration and verification ★ Decontaminate bio-hazard waste ★ Follow GLP and GDP practices ★ Maintain 5S in Micro lab ★ Record and maintain test data and documentation ★ Report deviations to supervisor or lab manager ★ Handle additional projects and training |

Qualifications | ★ Postgraduate in Microbiology/Dairy Microbiology with 1-2 years’ experience in the food industry ★ Graduate in Microbiology with 3-4 years’ experience in the food industry |
