Project Associate-I Job @ Department of Genetics at the University of Madras
The Department of Genetics at the University of Madras is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Project Associate-I on a temporary basis, as part of the DBT-funded “Mission Program on Pediatric Rare Genetic Disorders.” Under the guidance of Principal Investigator Prof. A. K. Munirajan, this role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with expertise in biomedical genetics or related fields to engage in advanced genetic research.
The position requires a Master’s degree in Biomedical Genetics or Genetics, with preference for candidates who have cleared NET/GATE and have experience in data collection, data analysis, and downstream experiments. Applications are to be submitted by post no later than November 4, 2024.
