Under the guidance of Prof. Sandhya Mehrotra and Prof. Rajiv Kumar Chaturvedi, this opportunity is open to candidates with a strong academic background in Life Sciences and related fields.

| Essential Qualification | M.Sc/ M.E./M.Tech or equivalent degree in Life Sciences or related fields with a minimum of 60% aggregate |
| Desirable Experience | Specialization in plant physiology, plant molecular biology, or ecosystem studies |
| Duration | As per BITS Pilani norms |
| Monthly Emoluments | ₹37,000 – ₹42,000 per month (based on the year of PhD and performance) |
