NDTL JRF Jobs: The National Dope Testing Laboratory (NDTL), an autonomous body under the Government of India, is inviting applications for six positions of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) on a tenure basis. The NDTL, a premier institute accredited by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), offers state-of-the-art facilities and sophisticated analytical equipment for human sports dope testing and related research.
This position offers a monthly stipend of Rs. 31,000 and is initially for a period of two years, extendable for an additional year. Eligible candidates with a strong background in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Forensic Science, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

- Photo Identity Proof: Candidates must have a scanned copy of their photo identity proof (PAN Card/Voter ID Card/Driving License/Passport) in jpg/jpeg format (file size between 50 KB and 200 KB).
- Active Contact Information: Applicants must provide a valid and active Mobile Number and Email ID, as NDTL may use electronic communication.
- Verification: Applicants need to verify their Mobile Number and Email ID via OTP (One Time Password).
- Preview and Submit: Applicants should preview the registration form to ensure all details are correct before submitting. Once submitted, registration details cannot be changed.
- Eligibility Criteria: The prescribed qualifications are the minimum requirements. Candidates should clearly mention their qualifications and experience relevant to the position, supported with documents.
- Application Rejection: Incomplete applications or those without relevant documents will be rejected. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning reasons.
- No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written test and/or interview.
- Contractual Basis: The engagement is purely on a contractual basis for two years, extendable for another year based on performance and conduct.
- Interview Notification: Notifications regarding the interview date and list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the NDTL website. Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email. No separate call letters will be issued.
- Final Decision: The decision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), NDTL, regarding selection will be final and binding.
General Instructions
- Performance Review: Performance of the selected candidates will be reviewed yearly. Unsatisfactory performance may result in contract termination with one month’s notice or one month’s salary in lieu thereof. Either party can terminate the contract with one month’s notice.
- Service Conditions: Other service conditions such as leave and tours will be applicable as per the corresponding categories of contractual employees of NDTL.
