The National Institute of Immunology (NII), New Delhi, is inviting applications for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a SERB-funded project titled “Molecular basis for the function of protein tyrosine phosphatase SHP2.” This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong academic background in Life Sciences or Chemical Sciences who are looking to advance their research careers in molecular biology and protein biochemistry.

Qualification Required– M.Sc./M.Tech in Life Sciences/Chemical Sciences with a good academic record
– M.Sc. candidates must have qualified any National Level Eligibility Test (NET/GATE, etc.)
Desirable ExperienceHands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: Molecular Biology, Protein Biochemistry, Structural Biology, Bioinformatics
Job DescriptionThe JRF will be responsible for cloning, overexpression, purification, and crystallization of proteins for structural determination.
