Qualification Required– M.Tech (Engineering or Technology) or PhD (awarded) in Life Science/Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/Plant Molecular Biology or related fields
– Minimum of 60% marks throughout education
– Desirable: Research experience in plant genetics and breeding, publications in international journals
DurationUntil February 28, 2025, or the project’s tenure (whichever is earlier)
Key Responsibilities– Conduct research in plant genetics and breeding
– Analyze genomics data and contribute to trait discovery in wheat
– Collaborate with research teams and contribute to scientific publications
Selection ProcessWalk-in-Interview on August 19, 2024, at 02:30 p.m. onwards
Application ProcedureCandidates must appear for the walk-in interview at NIPGR, New Delhi, with a duly filled application form, educational certificates, complete bio-data, PhD thesis, publications, and original degree/experience certificates.

– No claim for regular position at NIPGR
– No TA/DA for attending the interview
