| Essential Qualifications | The candidates should be M.Sc. Botany/ Life Science/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/Biosciences/ Plant Science or any related field (with 55% and above) and must have qualified JRF/NET/GATE. The upper age limit shall be 35 years (relaxable for 5 years for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/Female candidates). |
| Desirable Qualifications | The candidates with experience in Bioinformatics, molecular biology, plant tissue culture and plant transformation, biochemical techniques or related field will be preferred. |
