Job Opportunity: Young Professional at ICAR-IVRI: ICAR-Indian Veterinary Research Institute (ICAR-IVRI), Izatnagar, is seeking to engage a Young Professional-I (YP-I) for a BIS-funded project titled “Development of smart sensor probe-based method for rapid detection of freshness of dressed chicken.” This is a temporary contractual position that offers a consolidated monthly emolument of Rs 30,000. The selected candidate will be involved in cutting-edge research to enhance food safety and quality assessment.
Eligible candidates, with a graduate degree in Life Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, or Engineering Technology (with at least 60% marks), are encouraged to apply. Candidates with laboratory experience in Food Microbiology and Food Technology are highly desirable. The position is open to applicants aged between 21 and 45 years (with age relaxation as per GoI norms).
